In addition to a newly revised military strategy, we must develop a series of initiatives designed to reign in the drug trade, arms dealing and funding of al Qaeda. It is the very root of this war. The taliban must be brought to justice once and for all and every link, financial and otherwise between al Qaeda, the Taliban and other terror groups MUST be investigated thoroughly. Until our military is properly funded with an appropriate strategy and direction, we must consider our troops FIRST and foremost above all else.
