With all the problems of the world like climate change, hunger, apathy, corporate handouts, etc., often a feeling of desperation sets in. How can one individual make a difference when the needs are so many, and with only limited resources at one’s disposal?

Kamal S. Prasad of People Powered Peace says that by changing what we eat, we can tackle many of these problems simultaneously. Since eating is something everyone has to do anyway, changing the source of our food is cheaper than costly solutions and is a something that everyone can participate in three times every day.
There is power in our food choices. Perhaps we have forgotten this because we have learned to take food for granted. By asserting this power, every individual can change the world for the better.
