Why Does the Government Ignore Our Wishes?

To understand the answer, you must first understand that there is no difference between the labels placed on the form of government and that the real issue is how can government agents be controlled to prevent their abuse of power.
 
All forms of government, no matter what you call them, result in rule by an aristocracy as government agents are given various powers over the general public. Some agents have very limited power and some have vast power. Therefore, if you want liberty and justice and don’t want tyranny and oppression, the question that any intelligent person should ask is, “How can we keep aristocratic government agents from abusing their power?”
 
Our Nation’s Founders understood this, and in the Constitution, they provided us with the means to hold government agents accountable. However, those means have been undermined, and the two most powerful means of controlling government have been eliminated.

    Would like to see an article about the real process of how Judges are put in office. It is a tail that wags the dog system. It is unelected “volenteers” of the Florida Bar usually from big name firms that sit on the Judicial review desiding panels, by no coincidence they usually have “volenteers” sit on the judicial disapline commitees. THier is currently a Supreme court case being battled out between Christ and the Florida bar because Christ refuses to appoint a lawyer recommended by the Florida Bar. Christ is demanding alternative choices, the Bar has refused and the retiring Judge had filed a Writ of Mandemus to force Christ tochoose one of the nominees on the FLorida Bars appointment list.

    This will occur after the Indictments have been handed down, overnighted to the Pentagon, Provost Marshal, FBI and HS and the ultimatum delivered. Either you arrest these criminals before we arrive or we will.
    this is no joke and the logistics are currently being worked out with some of the brightest Patriotic minds in the Country.
    I have made it clear to all that we are not, I repeat NOT, going to overthrow our government, merely arrest or cause to be arrested the criminal element and ask the Military to step in only until elections can be arranged. Even that may not be completely necessary as we make every attempt to follow the normal chain of command set up by the Constitution.
    This action is designed to repatriate Amercans with their God given Constitutional Republic and the time for talk is now, officially over.

      CASMAN is affiliated with an organization which claims that people can form citizens grand juries, indict people, and make arrests. However, citizens cannot form their own grand juries. Federal grand juries are drawn from the jury pool in each Federal Court’s district. Unfortunately, some people have confused the fact that a grand jury is made up of citizens with the myth that citizens can form their own grand juries.

      When people claim to be asserting some right and claim to have done research on it, but their effort shows that they actually don’t understand what they are talking about, I always wonder whether they are just misinformed or whether they are purposefully spreading disinformation. Follow my articles and we will see.

        I look forward to having more conversations with you and have passed on your suggestions (by personal E-Mail) to those that are currently still serving Presentments (AGJ). Good ideas are hard to come by now and we’ll give your ideas a go. I do want to point one thing out. The time for these types of actions have, in my humble opinion, passed. I’m not alone in this as is evident in the post from Bob (below) which more accurately describes the peolpes frustrations.
        All I’m saying is simply this. help this country with what you know or get out of the way of those who will.

The first ones to do this will be Heroes, and we then will have made a small step towards saving America. To continue to let him hide his birth certificate, school records, law records, passport info, social security, records from the tax paying Americans is unconstitutional and makes anyone continuing to protect him complicit to the downfall of what was once the best nation in the World under God. We should by now be out of our recession, with full recovery to the problem of unemployment, no foreign debt, and with balanced budgets, but of course we are still going max rate in the wrong direction, always at the hands of Democrats. If you don’t get mobilized against this evil, then all will be surely lost. Certainly the guy can talk; and so can the devil !!! what is it about our make believe President telling us 100 lies a day that makes us think that he is trying to do good??? or that he just might eventually follow through with just one of his promises. If we keep letting this happen Obama won’t just have a tree ornament of Mao Zedong on his Christmas tree as in 2009, he will have full 20 foot portraits of Mao hanging in the White House, and he will then appoint Ahmadi-Nejad, Hugo Chavez and Putin as his latest Czars. Then we might as well paint the White House black, because we will only see dark days in hell from now on. This is no joke, it is unbelievably serious. GOVERNORS, ATTORNEY GENERALS; LETS GET THE SHOW ON THE ROAD, anything short of your subpoenaing Obama’s sealed records can only lead to Civil War, and Outright Rebellion by America’s Taxpaying Masses.       Unfortunately, Marx overlooked the fact that people will be abused by their government unless they have the means to hold government agents accountable.

      Ironically, those who fell for Marxism as a cure for abuse of power suffered more than any other people ruled under any other form of government throughout history.     its a sad shame that so many people are learning, second hand from press and blogs, what i learned by frantic research of all my lender communication (luckily i’m a compulsive saver and organizer) and then self taught law and real estate/finance info.

    i knew about the conspiracies and corruption before the feds busted the florida real estate crooks (which, coincidentally-NOT-was where the small %, maybe 10%, of the actually robbery was taking place b/c even an a person like me with NO law or real estate knowledge could find tons of docs from SEC and CA corp.gov, and all other info available with a few online search words that CALIFORNIA was where 80-90% of this fraud was going on with a serious pattern of mounting greed and blind(uninformed?)judges).

    i actually had copies of ALL my docs and my letter of offer to make “some kind of agreement” where i get my house free and clear and i forget all about the tons of evidence i’d gathered on these banks in collusion and let somebody else blow the whistle. two different business associates in the us got the copied packets with an “in case the cia bumps me off first” letter of instruction. yes, sounds like i’m a deranged person who needs psych meds, and i admit that this whole thing has made me quite the psychotic anti-gov-and their conspiracies person but its not all in my head. i’m actually tickled that the press thinks they are really digging shit up when they slowly release bits of new info that i’ve know since feb 2009.

    i’m finally over the fact that “they” are ALL in it together, on MY tax dollar to slap my face, and now i just want to play the game, dirty, just like the banks and all the “law makers” do. i’d get my house and live quietly on as a tax paying sheep who cant get a freakin thing from any insurance plan, disability plan, or state aid when i’m down and need help. nevermind how many $100.000? i’ve paid in to these plans for the PEOPLE.(my a$$).

    the ONLY way that we are ever going to beat them is if the ENTIRE US banned together and quit paying taxes. after a couple weeks without limos and personal chefs, the white house might actually remember who’s supposed to be in charge and who’s paying for their exuberant wastages of our taxes.

    BUT THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN because all of the PEOPLE have been softened up over the years and are afraid to defend themselves even when they have the most people on their side to put up the fight.

    don’t get me wrong….i DO think there’s a good place for government and i dont mind paying insurance if its actually going to be INSURANCE to help us not to make $$$ for wallstreet and mainstreet. taxes are important to pay for all the things we wouldn’t want to have to take care of ourselves……

    but gawd damn if I”M A SERIOUSLY PISSED OFF TAXPAYER AND VICTIM OF B-L-A-T-A-N-T CORP FRAUD that is being ignored either for a kickback or for lack of concern that we may actually, righteously, know what we are accusing the banks of.

    i can’t get out of a ticket or late penalty to pay it though. not for a minute.

      Since you claim that there is some secret to, or that God is the only one who can, secure liberty and justice, please explain why some systems of government result in less injustice than others do.

        Easy dude, miscommunication is often my fault. I never had the patience for articulating complex subjectivity or arguing infinitely moot belief systems with cognitively disadvantaged lawyers. I usually let raw physical and tactical firepower superiority (like the g has) give me the winning edge.

        But i did read your article. It was excellent. It is the truth. I also liked the way you put a reality check on the RAP scam. But you didn’t peruse my comment. You just skimmed it and had a ‘key jerk’ reaction.

        Where in my comment did I state, or even imply, that ‘God’ is ‘the only one who can, secure liberty and justice…”? I guess old habits of jurisprudence die hard. ie. putting words in other people’s mouths.

        In fact, the converse might actually be the reality. I just suggested a book that would/might get people more ‘focused’ on understanding the reality of the government (and other royalist elite ) problems. You might be surprised how much it might synchronize with your ‘philosophy’.

        Some systems of government provide less injustice due to the possibity that they are less in establishement, dictatorships notwithstanding? Eventually all goverments must change in order not to collapse. It remains the nature of the beast. The notion of an ideal egalitarian paradigm is delusional.

        I don’t prefer to point out if someone is wrong. I prefer to point out what is right.

        I give personal consultations in the Crown Vic. your choice of refreshments, tazer, pepper spray, Asp…some light pistol whipping, even have a compact waterboard in the trunk. How about after dinner tonight?

FYI – You might want to compose comments in a word processor and try reading them back out loud before posting them. It could improve the effectiveness of your posts.

          You promote a book claiming that it will help people understand the reality of the problem. Yet, I explained in my speech that the problem is that the theft of our two most powerful rights to hold government agents accountable has left us without the power to defend against tyranny and injustice. You also seem to have missed that in my article on torture, I provided admissions by Congress and the DOJ about the systematic beating, rape and murder of hundreds of Americans each day by “law” enforcement.

          Finally, you imply that you are a member of “law” enforcement, and then, you threaten me, like a typical power-tripping thug. Why didn’t you come by last night? Could it be that it is a really long drive from Riverdale, Michigan to Florida? The internet is amazing, isn’t it?

          If you want me to delete your comments and my replies, just post a request. Then, if you want to promote a book, try making a comment which ties the book into the subject matter presented in my article. For example, you could have simply said, “Check out this book which explains that the theft of our rights to control the government is a conspiracy by the ruling elite to gain more power. It will help you see through their lies.”

          Just in case anyone wonders, I haven’t read the book. I just took a look at the web site promoting it to throw a quick example together about how Max might want to promote it.

    It’s obvious that you see the problems with government. With all due respect, what you don’t see is that those problems are the nature of the beast. There is no fixing it. We have to work towards the abolition of coercive govt. To that end we should begin by not voting.

    Voting is a fraud that they use to get people to allow themselves to be ruled. It gives the illusion of the people controlling the govt. The reality is the reverse. Break free of the mental chains!

      My name is Mark, not Marc.

      Government is not the problem. How government is controlled is the problem.

      The Constitution provided the means to control government, but those means have been subverted and even the knowledge of them has been undermined.

      The argument that all government is bad is just one of the tricks used to distract people from understanding that government can be beneficial. After all, without government we return to might makes right, rule of the jungle, a form of society which makes trade and technological advances much more difficult.

      By the way, if you had listened to my speech or read my article on torture, then you would know that the right to petition for redress by presenting evidence of criminal conduct to citizens on a grand jury is the right that makes the difference between justice and injustice, between freedom and slavery.

    As one who lived half his life under Communism and the other half under Capitalism, I can categorically tell you that you are 100% correct as there is no discerning difference between the two forms of government which, ironically, are supposed to be diametrically opposed.  The only mundane difference is that in Communism, the elites rule thru austerity, brainwashing & fearmongering (ever hear those terms before?) while in Capitalism, they rule by making the serfs produce and consume their goods, thru propaganda and fearmongering. Same difference, right?  

    As a Eastern European proverb so aptly says “Capitalism is man exploiting man; Communism is just the opposite” — The goals and results are the same, it’s just the methods that differ.  And, btw, that doesn’t apply to Communism & Capitalism also.  It also applies to the Republicans vs. Democrats, Right Wing vs. Left Wing paradigm as well.  Remember, the goals are the same, it’s only the paradigm and methods that shift to obtain the desired results.
