Peter Phillips (Editor) is Professor of Sociology at Sonoma State University, Director of Project Censored (http://projectcensored.org), and heads the nonprofit Media Freedom Foundation. He teaches classes in Media Censorship, Investigative Sociology, Sociology of Power, Political Sociology, and Sociology of Media. Phillips has published twelve editions of Censored: Media Democracy in Acton as well as Impeach the President: The Case Against Bush and Cheney  and Project Censored Guide to Independent Media and Activism , all with Seven Stories Press.

 

Mickey S. Huff is Assistant Professor of History at Diablo Valley College, Adjunct Lecturer in Sociology at Sonoma State University, Associate Director of Project Censored and a board member of the Media Freedom Foundation. Mickey designed and teaches classes on History of US Media at Berkeley City College and courses on Post-9/11 studies and American Propaganda at DVC. Mickey has co-organized and presented at numerous national academic conferences on media and recent historical events, including the Truth Emergency meeting in Santa Cruz, CA last year.
